Ik heb het wel gekregen en ik denk dat iedereen heeft recht op vakantiegeld. behalve als anders is vermeld in de arbeids contract. Maar in iedere geval is geen regel of wet dat zegt, dat kennismigranten hebben geen recht op vakantiegeld.</description>

Th first 6 years I studied in the Netherlands (legal with student residence permit). My problem is that I actualy I dont have other posibility or option to arange other type of residence permit. Which will mean that I have to leave the country.</description>

you can only apply for a &quot;kennismigrantenregeling&quot; when you come from abroad. So if you already life in NL for 7 years and the last year as a &quot;kennismigrant&quot;, technically you have been illegal in the 6 years before.
However I don&#039;t know your situation, so best thing is to contact the Expatcenter (in Amsterdam or Rotterdam).
Btw. being a kennismigrant has no big advantage compared to a residence permit if you already life here, so if it keeps your employer happy you might want to consider this anyway.

		<description>I am working one year as a kennismigrant for big international company in Netherlands. Sudduntly my employer doesnt want to extend the procedure one more time, while extending my contract with my employer is not an issue. According to my employer there is high risk of workinf for him as a kennismigran,  he wants me ruther to arrange my residence perimit my self. Does anyone know what is the high risk? And how can i convince my employer that there is no such a high risk since I am living 7 years in netherelands and living 4 years together with my dutch girlfriend. All it needs isto fill one application. I am covering all the costs and am meeting all the requirements. Could someone from the HR department explain this to me to have better understanding why HR departments do not want to use this procedure?</description>
